No, tickets are not available for purchase at the door. Tickets can only be purchased in advance through our website. Tickets purchased on unauthorized third-party websites or through scalpers are not permitted.

Nope! Your ticket(s) will be sent to you via text message or email, depending on your preference at checkout.

Our team will scan your tickets at the door. One ID must match one person in your party.

Please arrive on-time for your reserved time. If you arrive 30 minutes past your reserved time, your ticket(s) will no longer be valid and not eligible for refund or exchange.

Tickets are non-refundable. A one-time exchange to adjust the date, time, and/or name on your ticket(s) can be accommodated up until 24 hours prior to your reserved time. Please note, ticket(s) cannot be exchanged for a ticket(s) of a different value. Tickets are not eligible for exchange after your reserved time.
