Ticketing & COVID-19 Policies

Welcome to Showstoppers! Spectacular Costumes from Stage & Screen in New York City. 

Tickets are now on sale for an eight-week limited engagement through October 31st at 234 West 42nd Street. Formerly the home of Modell’s, world-renown design firm, Thinc Design, has transformed the Times Square space into an immersive maze featuring more than 100 of the industry’s most beautiful and complex garments. As guests make their way through the exhibit, they will get to see up close the detail and craftsmanship typically only seen far away on stage or screen. Costume makers and experts will be on-site demonstrating their techniques and skills and interacting with guests, and multimedia elements will provide a rare opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at the process. This one-of-a-kind, immersive exhibition can only be seen in New York City’s vital Theatre District. All proceeds from the exhibition will raise money for the Costume Industry Coalition Recovery Fund, which continues to support one of the hardest hit sectors of the entertainment industry.

TICKET INFORMATION

• Your ticket is only valid on the date & time of the ticket. Please confirm your ticket date & time while purchasing.
• Tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges can be accommodated up until 24 hours prior to your reserved time. Please follow the link on the bottom of your ticket confirmation receipt to make an exchange.
• Tickets purchased on unauthorized websites or through scalpers will not be honored.
• Please arrive on time to ensure your tickets are usable. Unused tickets are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. 
• One ID must match one person in your party.
• Children ages 2 and under are free. Strollers are permitted in the exhibit, but stroller parking is not available.
• Minors under the age of 16 will not be allowed inside without a parent or guardian.

COVID-19 PROCEDURES

In order to make the Showstoppers! experience enjoyable for everyone, we're asking guests to help us maintain the following safety standards: 

• All guests are required to wear a mask throughout the exhibit.
• We encourage guests to use hand sanitizer whenever offered.
• To maintain optimal capacity within the exhibit and covid safety standards, it is imperative that all guests enter at their reserved time.

Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

Beginning Monday, September 13, 2021, in accordance with New York City’s “Key to NYC” executive order 75, defined as Indoor Entertainment, Showstoppers! Spectacular Costumes from Stage and Screen will require all tickets holders 12 years of age and older to show proof they have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized for emergency use by the FDA or WHO.

Proof of vaccination may include:

• NYC COVID Safe app
• Excelsior Pass
• CDC Vaccination Card (or photo) with accompanying photo I.D.
• NYC Vaccination Record with accompanying photo I.D.
• An official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S. with accompanying photo I.D.

If you received the vaccine outside the U.S., you must have an official immunization record that includes:

• First name and last name
• Date of birth
• Vaccine product name (only vaccines authorized by the WHO are acceptable)
• Date(s) administered
• Site where the vaccination was administered, or name of the person who administered it.
• Valid Photo I.D.

Proof of vaccination will be required at entrance of exhibit.

Ticket holders and all members of their ticketed party without proof of vaccination as defined above in this policy will be refused entry as directed by the City of New York.

Ticket holders who, at time of purchase, acknowledged proof of vaccination for themselves and all members of their ticketed party that do not provide acceptable proof of vaccination on site, as defined above in this policy, will forfeit all rights to a refund of their ticket purchase.

If you feel sick, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, contact us at boxoffice@showstoppersnyc.com so we can reschedule your tickets for another date.
