Designers often call on CIC Members to recreate an existing costume for a new performer. For the Broadway smash hit, Chicago, costume designer William Ivey Long worked with CIC Members to reinvent Roxie Hart’s iconic look, adapting it to three very different leading ladies, Bebe Neuwirth, Karen Ziemba, and pop star Brandy. Together, the designer and makers ensure each costume flatters the performer and functions flawlessly.
