The brainchild of Costume Designer, Sky Switser, the CIC’s Pattern Project allows you to purchase and download two amazing patterns on your home printer.

Tony Award winning costume designer of Hamilton, Paul Tazewell, designed a Hamilton-inspired spencer jacket.  The pattern was created by the amazing CIC members from Tricorne Inc. Katherine Marshall, Libby Marshall, Pam Brick, and Caitlin Hunt, as well as our own computer wizard Gene Mignola.

If you are looking for some inspiration for your spencer jacket, be sure to watch Bernadette Banner’s incredible video documenting the creation of our pattern, her garment, the designs in Hamilton and the CIC as a collective.

Our second pattern is a cocktail dress that Midge Maisel herself might just have in her closet. Designed by Emmy award winning Costume Designer Donna Zakowska, the designer of the hit Amazon Prime Series “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”.  The pattern was created by the amazing CIC Members from Eric Winterling Inc. as well as our own computer wizard Gene Mignola.

The patterns are available in sizes 0-18 and 16W-34W and can be printed on your home computer. CLICK HERE to purchase your pattern today!

100% of the proceeds from the sale of these patterns benefit the Costume Industry Coalition (sponsored by the Artisans Guild of America, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit) and will directly support the hundreds of costume artisans and businesses facing hardships in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and impact it has had on the entertainment industry ecosystem.
