Costume Designer Eduardo Sicangco, collaborated with CIC Member Eric Winterling, Inc. to create these shimmering masterpieces that are a tribute to the glory days of the Parisian cabaret seen on Norwegian Cruise Line & Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
